O Cristo Redentor é uma estátua de Jesus Cristo, situada na cidade do Rio de Janeiro. A estátua possui 30 metros de altura, sendo inaugurado em 12 de outubro de 1931.
Em outubro de 2006 foi considerado santuário católico do Brasil e em 2007, foi eleito como uma das Sete Novas Maravilhas do Mundo.

Christ the Redeemer is a statue of Jesus Christ, located in the city of Rio de Janeiro. The statue has 30 meters high, being inaugurated on October 12, 1931.
In October 2006 was considered a Catholic sanctuary in Brazil and in 2007 was elected as one of the the New Seven Wonders of the World.
